West Bromwich,Birmingham, etc. are in the county of The West Midlands but it doesn’t appear in your list of counties that you are required to select from when you sign up.

  2. dave Says:

West Midlands has now been added. Thanks for letting us know.

The agreed delivery dates and times of prescriptions posted by e-mail to the customers are not being kept to by individual pharmacists.

  4. dave Says:

You need to contact the individual pharmacy using the service. The delay may be in how quickly the surgery is generating the prescription – but the pharmacy should be able to let you know.

Sorry you can’t amend a line. You will need to delete it (click on delete on right hand side) and add it again.

Are you trying to register as a user or a pharmacy?

    Dear Sir,
Having registered myself, I have attempted to do the same for my wife but have run into a small problem!
In our household, we have one email account with obviously one user name, having shown that on my registration, I am now told that, as it has been used, it cannot be used again on my wifes’ registration. Suggestions please?
    Many thanks.

It is no problem only having one email address. You can use the same email address for as many people as you like. The only thing that needs to be unique is the username.
i.e. Each person needs their own account with their own user name. The email address and passwords can be the same for each person.

  9. dave Says:

Hi, Each person needs their own account. Each account must have it’s own unique username. If you are creating accounts for family members you can use the same email address for as many people as you like.
