The science behind homepathy is dubious at best, the 10-23 Campaign  calls it ‘an unscientific and absurd pseudoscience’. Homeopathy is unlikely to have any clinical action but the placebo affect is still of value in some cases where there is no danger from not receiving conventional medical treatment.
