RPSGB Responsible Pharmacist Regulations

The RPSGB is consulting on proposed professional standards and guidance for responsible pharmacists.

Two online questionnaires are available on the RPSGB website.

The Medicines (Pharmacies) (Responsible Pharmacist) Regulations 2008 come into effect on 1 October 2009. From this date every registered pharmacy will be required have a responsible pharmacist.
