MyRepeats has been launched in Worthing for some months now and the success of the online ordering service has been great!
Worthing is an average size town with a population of around 98,000 people.
The MyRepeats website is already processing orders of over 3600 items per month! The pharmacies signed up in the area are enjoying incremental business working with local surgeries that they weren’t previously dealing with.

I have been using MyRepeats.com for over a year now and I have not had problems until about three or four months ago when the service from Shelley pharmacy where I get my son’s repeat prescriptions started deteriorating. At first, it was delayed delivery of a day or two and then a week. The first time it happened, I called them on the phone and they delivered it the next day. The following two to three months were hit and miss. I have tried calling them twice this last week and they promised to deliver the next day but until now we have not received our order.
Just a few minutes ago, my wife had tried calling them to follow-up the same order and at first they said they still have not received the prescription and then they said the order is ready when my wife tried to clarify the situation. Then they had the gall to ask my wife if she would like to come and pick up the order.
I think it would be a good idea to get customers to rate pharmacies on their delivery performance on your site. I would still use your service as it is a great service to patients with repeat prescriptions. I will not however use Shelley pharmacy on this service ever again. It is a shame that one pharmacy can leave bad experiences for customers of your website.

I’m sorry the pharmacy have let you down and thanks for your comments. I cannot not comment on the pharmacy, but I’m sure they would appreciate the comments if you wanted to let them know. If you still want to use the system you could always select the other pharmacy that uses the system in your area.
